Are you a motivated and insightful Executive Search Consultant ready for a new challenge within a global network? Signium Sweden is seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Executive Search Consultant to join our Stockholm office.
The Role:
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving executive search, and possibly other leadership assessments, projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities include:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment for high-impact roles, emphasizing direct sourcing and diversity
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying, recruiting, developing, and retaining future leaders
• Strategizing with clients on recruitment, and other leadership development solutions and market insights to meet evolving needs
• Proactively building a talent pipeline and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders
• Collaborating closely with our research team to identify the best candidates
• Providing market insights on salary benchmarks and talent availability to hiring managers
About You:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Search Consultant who is:
• A strong relationship builder with a background in executive search, recruitment, or talent advisory
• An excellent communicator, fluent in Swedish and English with a collaborative mindset
• Skilled in fostering an exceptional candidate experience
• An agile while strategic thinker – a trusted advisor
• Highly proficient in MS Office, with the ability to interpret and report data
